Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between perceived transformational leadership, job crafting and job performance among Starbucks Coffee Staff; to investigate the mediating role of job crafting in relation between perceived of transformational leadership and job performance of Starbucks Coffee Staff. Data were collected from 220 staff who were working in Chiang Mai, Lamphun, and Lampang. Mediation effects was tested using PROCESS macro by Model 4 with Bootstrap method, through 5,000 iterations of the sample. 1. Perceived transformational leadership had a significant positive correlation with job crafting and job performance at the .01 level (r =.571 and .371 respectively). 2. Job crafting had a signification positive correlation with job performance at the .01 level (r =.503). 3. Job crafting mediated the relationship between perceived of transformational leadership and job performance of Starbucks Staff with an indirect coefficient = .406. Result from 95% CI method of Bootstrap found that indirect coefficient ranged from .201 to .620. The values did not contain zero, then the effect was significant. 4. When considering the regression coefficient of perceived transformational leadership on job performance when controlling for job crafting (the mediating), it was found that the direct effect was not significant. This indicate that job crafting played the complete mediating role of the relationship between perceived of transformational leadership and job performance in Starbucks Coffee Staff.
