Abstract: The objective of this independent study is to study the operating, problem and solutions of knowledge management in Mae La Noi’s Educational Quality Development School Network Center, Mae Hong Son Province. The data were collected from the 95 school administrators, teachers and the school boards. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation. The results showed that the implementation of knowledge management in Mae La Noi’s Educational Quality Development School Network Center, Mae Hong Son Province was at the highest level, ranking by the mean scores from high to low: knowledge creation and acquisition, knowledge sharing, learning, knowledge access, knowledge identification, knowledge organization, Finally, and knowledge codification and refinement, respectively. Moreover, it was found that there were the problems on the lack of guidelines on the management of knowledge, no analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, and no guidelines on knowledge management in schools, no database management system with the convenience of computer technology and easy to access. There was a problem on the location of each of the operating plan, manage knowledge in general management with a clear and an analysis of strengths and weaknesses in knowledge management in schools.
