Abstract: This independent study aimed to develop of Educational Multimedia Management System of The Prince Royal’s College in Chiang Mai province. System analysis, database design and system development were implemented by the researcher. In this system, the users could be divided into 5 groups: administrators, system administrators, teachers, committee for examining the media quality and students. Also, there were comprised of seven stages: verifying the right to employ this system, managing databases of the users, managing uploaded data, examining the media quality, managing learning media, presenting instruction and reporting information. The most important part of the system was examining the media quality, managing learning media which were to analyze data previously before presenting for the users to use then. Learning media management system of The Prince Royal’s College, Chiang Mai was developed by systematizing the Intranet in the system to web browsers. In research process, PHP programs was used as an instrument for designing and developing the user contact and MySQL programs was used as a data management instrument. From the survey of satisfaction after using the system from 40 participants:2 administrators, 2 system administrators, 12 teachers, 4 committee for examining the media quality and 20 students, The results of the study reveal that the most factors that users satisfied were the system application (85%). Other factors were also satisfied respectively as follows: the second the accuracy in progressing (80%); The third was the quickness in using (75%); the fourth was working step reduction (72.5%) and the last was paper-wasted reduce in reports (67.5%), In summary, the overall satisfaction was at the good level (45.3%) In conclusion, the Educational Multimedia Management System of The Prince Royal’s College in Chiang Mai province could be applied due to its accuracy of information in database system. Also, this system could be useful for all teacher and students in further study.
