Abstract: The study aims to compare the number of revision of the application due to failure to satisfy users need between applications that was developed with and without QFD. And to measure the satisfaction user of an application that was developed using QFD. Techniques of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) Phase 1 was used to converse the needs of users to provide a more detailed process and to identify tool or technical features to be the considered for developing Material Request and Issue in Factory application. After QFD, there are 13 demands and 12 tool or technical features. Next, the developed application was used by user. The period of one month is the monitoring phase same as screen system application (that without using QFD). The result shows that Material Request and Issue in Factory application have less revision than screen system application as 4 times and 24 times. This means that development of application using QFD can reduce the problem of the developers, respectively. Material Request and Issue in Factory application can satisfy the users at 94.76% from the questionnaires returned to the customer satisfaction survey.
