Abstract: This reaserch was to study the analysis of supply chain and improvement of purse production system. The objective was to shorten the time taken to deliver goods to customers by designing the matric to measure capability and finding the guideline to improve the implementation of supply chain. Operational efficiency evaluation model which was developed from the principle of SCOR Model, was brought to evaluate operational efficiency 5 areas. The average rating of each area wae as the following; sourse area was at 2.13 point, make area was scored 1.89 piont, deliver area was marked 1.94 point, return area was rated at 1.93 point and maketing area got 2.08 point. The results of operational efficiency in every area were relatively low. The study showed that the direct problem of making area was delayed delivery of raw material. And, it was affected to the making process could not keep up with the delivery date. Therefore, the researcher had presented the guideline of supply chain management by applying techiniques and tools such as work plan, ECRS principle and exchang the information between each other, to improve the performance of the organization in supply chain. After the organization had adopted such a concept, the obviously consequence was able to reduce the length of time in ordering raw material. The following results of evaluation after revision of each area were; sorce area was scored 2.45 point, make area was marked 2.36 point, deliver area was at 2.62 point, return area got 2.45 piont and at 2.54 point was maketing area. Hence, it could be noticed that when the organizations in the same supply chain exchanged the information regarding to their requirement between themselves, it could cause a great advantage of cooperative business.
