Abstract: A study of Guidelines for Developing Innovative Competencies of Teachers in Educational Opportunity Extension Schools Attached to Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 1 aimed to :(1)examine the current situation, desired state and needs of developing innovative competencies for teachers in Educational Opportunity Extension Schools Attached to Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 1 (2)study guidelines for developing innovative competencies of teachers and (3) verify the guidelines for developing innovative competencies of teachers. The study was divided into3steps:(1) Studied the current situation, desired state and needs of the innovative competencies of teachers in Educational Opportunity Extension Schools, involveda total of 163participants. Tools used for this step includedquestionnaires (2) Studiedguidelinesforinnovative competenciesofteachers in Educational Opportunity Extension Schools based on interviewedwith 5 qualified individuals. Data analysis included percentages, means, standard deviations, and content analysis. (3) Verifiedthe accuracy, appropriateness, feasibility, and usefulness of guidelines through examination by 40 qualified individuals. The results of this study founded that
