Abstract: This independent research is objective. 1) Study the state of school administration according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy of Doi Tao Wittayakom School, 2) Study the upgrade of school administration according to the philosophy of sustainable sufficiency economy, 3) Check the guidelines for upgrading the management of sufficiency schools according to the philosophy of sustainable sufficiency economy of Doi Tao Wittayakom School. There are 3 independent research steps: Step 1: Study the state of school management according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy. The study population is school administrators. Teachers and Educational Personnel The basic education committee consisted of 73 members. Step 2: Study on the upgrading of school administration The informant group is the school director. Study of communication and folk sages. A total of 9 teachers were responsible for the project. Step 3: Examination of guidelines for upgrading the management of sufficiency educational institutions The informant group selects a specific one. Superintendent of Education Area and Deputy Superintendent of Education and Supervision Area A total of 9 students were examined using the focus group discussion method. Data were analyzed using mean standard deviation. The results of the study showed that the state of school administration follows the philosophy of sufficiency economy of Doi Tao Wittayakom School. Overall, it was found to be at a high level, including sustainability, participation, and self-reliance. The results of the study on how to enhance the management of sufficiency educational institutions according to the philosophy of sustainable sufficiency economy consist of 3 aspects: sustainability; Raise awareness and understanding of vision, principles. Objectives and goals of the operation to be a learning center based on the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy (SRO) Follow-up supervision There is a joint assessment and there is a school curriculum. Teachers design teaching and learning activities to be inclusive of the philosophy of sufficiency economy by integrating with local wisdom and professions to create a love for their own homeland. Social Sustainability The management attaches importance to the activities of the Center. Build faith in teachers and students Act as a role model for teachers and students in both work and life. Economic Sustainability Executive The teachers create a school curriculum that incorporates the philosophy of sufficiency economy and career promotion with clear goals. In terms of participation, it was found that school administrators, teachers, and communities have created a network of cooperation in a dependency manner School personnel have been developed to promote network schools to be self-sufficient educational institutions in all schools and local knowledge. The community has local speakers and local sages who have expertise to educate students about the traditions, lifestyles, and traditional professions of the community. Build pride, lead to social sustainability Economic, cultural, in all dimensions Results of the examination of guidelines for upgrading the management of sufficiency schools according to the philosophy of sustainable sufficiency economy of Doi Tao Wittayakom School Found appropriate. The overall feasibility and usefulness are at the highest level in all 3 aspects, which can be used as a guideline to enhance the management of sufficiency schools according to the philosophy of sustainable sufficiency economy of Doi Tao Wittayakom School.
