Abstract: This independent study aims to solve transportation routing with the objective of achieving the shortest overall route to enhance management efficiency, focusing on the case study of YP Cold Storage Co. Ltd. The process begins with analyzing the current transportation from distribution points to customers. Moreover, this project analyzes transportation problems and utilizes a Mathematical Model for route design, developed from the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) in the form of the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) method, developed using software in the Python language for routing improvement. The results of this research showed that the total distance covered during the December 2022 product delivery cycle amounted to 6,649.72 kilometers. After designing the routes using the mathematical model developed with Python software, considering customer requirements, company limitations, and vehicle capacity constraints, the total distance reduced to 4,914.39 kilometers. This represents a reduction of 1,487.83 kilometers, or 23.24 percent, in transportation distance. Additionally, the case study revealed that the company could reduce fuel expenses by up to 4,725.88 Baht.
