Abstract: This independent study is a study on Relationship between CEO's positive thinking and firm’s performance. Because executives are an important part of the company's operations and he is the one who sets the policies and make decisions in all matters related to the Company. Therefore, the concept of thinking management is very important to the company. It was brought to this study by analyzing the concept of executives divided into two ways. in a positive and negative way by capturing the words of the executive during the interview that positive words and negative words How many words per total word is calculated as a percentage and then to find the relationship with the performance. Here ROA ROE Tobin's Q and Share closing price on the day of the interview or after the day of the interview in the case of a holiday. In this study, data were collected from 99 companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the SET 100 and mai, excluding banking business From 2009 - 2022, collecting interviews from YouTube and news articles, a total of 1035 files. It was found that CEO Positive Thinking had no relation to company performance, ROA, ROE, Tobin's Q, and Share closing price.
