Abstract: The purposes of this research were (1) to investigate the relationships between Grit, Entrepreneurial Passion and Entrepreneurial Intention of Chiang Mai University Students, and (2) to examine the mediating role of grit in the relationship between Entrepreneurial Passion and Entrepreneurial Intention of Chiang Mai university students. The correlational research design was used. The sample was 315 Chiang Mai University Students. They were selected using Stratified sampling. Research instruments consisted of demographic questionnaire, Entrepreneurial Passion Scale, Grit Scale, Entrepreneurial Intention Scale. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis (Causal Steps of Baron & Kenny, 1986 cited in Kenny, 2014) and finally Sobel test was used. The research results were as follows: 1. Entrepreneurial Passion had a significantly positive correlation with Entrepreneurial Intention at the .001 level (β= .459). 2. Entrepreneurial Passion had a significantly positive correlation with Grit at the .001 level (β =.104). 3. Grit had a significantly positive correlation with Entrepreneurial Intention at the .01 (β =.432). 4. Grit partially mediated the relationship between Entrepreneurial Passion and Entrepreneurial Intention of Chiang Mai University Students.
