Abstract: The research investigates the organizational commitment of employees in Chiang Mai Construction Limited Company using a quantitative research approach. Data was collected from 113 permanent employees through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical methods including frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and statistical relationships analysis. The study also employed inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis to examine the relationship between organizational driving factors and the level of organizational commitment. The findings indicate that a majority of employees work outside the office, are male, aged 31-40 years, and have less than 5 years of work experience. Both the organizational driving factors and employees' commitment are at a high level. Analyzing individual driving factors reveals that positive communication about the organization ranks highest, followed by the intention to remain with the organization as the second, and striving to achieve organizational goals as the third, with moderate commitment levels. Predictive factors for organizational commitment include job performance outcomes and organizational practices, collectively predicting significantly at a 0.01 level with a predictive power of 55.20%
