Abstract: The purpose of this research is to increase the production capacity of a case study company for the production of electronic circuit board type A, B and C for automotive sensors. Currently, these 3 products have a production capacity which is not enough to meet the demand for products that are likely increasing in 2023, and they already utilize 100% of space in the current area that they can not to add any working station more in the current area. In addition, there is a space that did not utilize within the company. Therefore, the researcher applied to plant layout improvement to increase the efficiency in term of space utilization, reducing the materials flow distance and applied multi-criteria decision making by TOPSIS method to determine the suitable factory layout by considering the selection of the layout determine the suitable factory layout by considering the selection of the layout with 5 criteria 1) Operation Cost 2) Space Utilization 3) Time period 4) Distance between Station 5) Utilization of Current Utility. The criteria for consideration were selected and calculated from the Index of Concordance (IOC). After applied the TOPSIS method to select the layout option 2 was the most suitable choice. The researcher proposed this option to improve the factory layout to expand the production area and increase production capacity to meet the increasing demand.
