Abstract: Estimations of Volatile Organic Compounds Emissions from Loading Fuel Truck with Top and Bottom Loading Systems. This is a study of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) emissions comparing between VOCs emissions from fuel truck top loading in 2019 and VOCs emissions from fuel truck bottom loading in 2020. Use information for assemble the calculation from 4 sources of volatile organic compound emissions namely 1 Fugitives 2 External Combustion and Internal Combustion Engine 3 Truck Loading 4 Fuel oil TANK (fixed cone-roof tank and internal floating- roof tank) and measurement the amount of VOCs emitted from the Vapor Recovery Unit chimney by air sampling and analyzation by Gas Chromatography-Flame Ionization Detector. The result of study that is VOCs emissions from fuel truck top loading in 2019 is 1,144,219,90 kg VOCs/year, VOCs emissions from fuel truck bottom loading in 2020 is 276,654.74 kg VOCs/year accounted for a decrease in the amount of volatile organic compounds emissions 75.82%. Emission rate of VOCs per liter from fuel truck top loading in 2019 is 1.1097 g VOCs/Liter Fuel, from fuel truck bottom loading in 2020 is 0.2509 g VOCs/Liter Fuel. Decreased of VOCs emissions rate per liter 77.39%. Amount of VOCs emitted from the Vapor Recovery Unit chimney from fuel truck bottom loading 2020 2 times, First in June 2020 is 0.310 mg (VOCs)/Liter and second in November 2020 is 1.187 mg(VOCs)/Liter. It can be concluded that fuel truck bottom loading can reduce the Volatile Organic Compounds Emissions more than fuel truck top loading.
