Abstract: Kasemrungruang Transport Co., Ltd. is a trucking business. There is an event for each truck to go on different routes each day. using skill and experience of officer. The cost of transportation will vary according to the distance that the officer have assiged. The problem is that sometimes the operator may make a mistake in routing, for example, they may take a truck transport that is farther away to pick up the transport instead of picking the closest truck transport to pick up that transport jop. therefore making the cost of transportation more than necessary The goal of this independent study was to find out how to delegate transportation tasks for each truck transport to have the least total transportation costs by using a mathematical modeling method Used to develop software in Python language. And let the user fill out the Excel form and the software will output the best assignment result in an MS Excel form for use in further management. The results of this independent study When taking the overall transportation costs of trucks in the route for a period of 1 month (September 2022) to compare between the officer's routing history and the results of the software, It was found that the results of the software provided transportation costs lower than organized transportation by 94,713 baht, representing a cost reduction of about 3.6 percent.
