Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted educational system worldwide at all levels. Global academic collaborations and student mobility in international programs have been limited. As same as other educational levels, teaching and learning in education has been changed dramatically, with the distinctive rise of online study, whereby teaching is undertaken remotely and on digital platforms. The effectiveness of online learning has become a new challenge faced in higher education institutions around the world. Like other universities worldwide, all classes at Chiang Mai University's College of Arts, Media, and Technology (CAMT) have been completely transformed from offline to online. The impact of online learning has also affected to many post-graduate students especially in their learning effectiveness. This thesis addresses the concerns of effectiveness improvement of online learning for post-graduate students. CAMT was selected as a case study to determine the key factors affecting the effectiveness of online learning and to establish a model to improve the online learning efficiency according to the fundamental factors. To start with, this research explores the fundamental factors affecting the online learning efficiency of post-graduate students in CAMT by using Multiple Linear. Afterwards, a model to improve the efficiency of online learning has been established using Personal Knowledge Management according to the influencing factors. The exploration of the influencing factors of online learning in this study benefit other related studies and provide them with a reference, and the model of this study help improve the efficiency of online learning which would help acquire the knowledge from high-efficiency students and pass it on to low-efficiency students, to improve their online learning efficiency in a targeted manne
