Abstract: Digital Twin and Building Information Modeling are the terms often used in the construction industry. The goal is to achieve real-world integration through a virtual platform, facility management, and environmental monitoring. To achieve these, the research has developed a dynamic Digital Twin at the building level from the Building Information Modeling with cloud computing, and the transmission of data through a wireless network as well as real-time analysis of the results. For the management of physical resources, the first step was to conduct a group discussion with stakeholders on the need for building resource management, and then develop a Digital Twin platform from the information model, study the standards for improving the health and well-being of building occupants (WELL Building Standard), select the standards to use with buildings, develop a framework for applying Building Information Modeling with the data on standards for improving the well-being of building occupants and Digital Twins, present the digital twins and the analysis of results, and draw conclusions. The results of this research demonstrate the potential of information modeling when used to improve the various resolutions of the model, cutting out some structures to be suitable for use in digital twins, using digital twins to manage building resources across different types of sensors, rendering on Autodesk Forge, and the improvement of user-friendly environment. These advantages of information modeling help stakeholders, engineers, facility managers, building resources managers, and building owners to efficiently manage building resources and able to analyze and understand the impact of building design and facility operations on human health and comfort.
