Abstract: The objectives of these research were to study the perspective writing ability of students who studied with a team-based learning and to study the teamwork skills of students studying with team-based learning. The samples were the 24 second year pre-engineering students in Electrical-Electronics classroom of Academic Year 2021. The samples were chosen by group random sampling. The research instruments were a team-based learning management plans on opinion writing, consisting of 8 plans, 16 hours, pre and post study perspective writing ability assessment, and teamwork skills assessment form. The data were analyzed by finding the means, standard deviations and percentages. The results of the research were found that 1) The perspective writing ability of the students, studied with team-based learning management after studying with team-based learning management was higher than before. 2) The teamwork skills reflected through behaviors in all 5 areas, ranked the assessment results from high to low as the following order: Listening to the opinions of others has an excellent rating accounted for 88.28% of, cooperation in work has an excellent rating accounted for 80.47% of, work planning has an excellent rating accounted for 80.08% of, participation in expressing opinions is at a good level, accounted for 78.13% and the responsibility for the assigned work is at a good level, accounted for 76.17%. The overall result of teamwork skills were assessed at an excellent level accounted for 80.63%.
