Abstract: The purposes of this research were (1) to examine the level of Perceived Organizational Politics, Work Alienation, Workplace Incivility and Counterproductive Work Behavior of operational employees, and (2) to examine the predictive power of Perceived Organizational Politics, Work Alienation, Workplace Incivility towards Counterproductive Work Behavior of operational employees. A correlational research design was used. The sample was 250 employees in the operational level who have worked for at least 1year. The research instruments were (1) demographic questionnaire (2) Perceived Organizational Politics questionnaire (3) Work Alienation questionnaire (4) Workplace Incivility questionnaire and (5) Counterproductive Work Behavior questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. The research found that: 1. Overall, the sample group had a moderate level of perceived organizational politics. Work alienation and workplace incivility had overall a low level. Furthermore, counterproductive work behavior had overall the lowest rate. 2. Perceived Organizational Politics was positively correlated with Counterproductive Work Behavior statistically significant (p < .01). 3. Work Alienation was positively correlated with Counterproductive Work Behavior statistically significant (p < .01). 4. Workplace Incivility was positively correlated with Counterproductive Work Behavior statistically significant (p < .01).
