Abstract: Independent research on digital age school administration guidelines for Managing Schools in the Digital Age of Small Schools under the Office of Primary Education Service Area Office in Chiang Mai Province. With the objective of 1) Study problems and factors contributing to the administration of digital education institutions of small schools. Under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in Chiang Mai Province.2) Study the digital education administration of small schools with good practice.3) Prepare and verify the effectiveness of the digital education institution administration for Managing Schools in the Digital Age of Small Schools Under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in Chiang Mai Province. By dividing the education into 3 steps which are Step 1) study of problems and factors contributing to the administration of digital education institutions for Managing Schools in the Digital Age of Small Schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in Chiang Mai Province the population of informants is the school director or the person acting on behalf of the school director. Managing Schools in the Digital Age of Small Schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in Chiang Mai, 312 schools. The tool used was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using statistics, mean and standard deviation. Step 2) Study of the digital age school administration with good practice Informants are 1) Director of educational institutions with digital age management Including the school director Master school Educational innovations or schools with institutional administrators, teachers, students who have received educational innovation awards. Academic standing, specialization or more 2) Supervisor Academic standing, specialization or more Responsible for Educational innovation and technology 3) Specialized Teacher of Education or more responsible for or related to media, innovation and educational technology that has received an award for innovation in education the instrument used was a structured interview. Analyze data in inductive summary. Step 3) Establishing and reviewing guidelines for Managing Schools in the Digital Age of Small Schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in Chiang Mai Province. Which is divided into 2 sub-phases: Step 3.1) Establishing guidelines for Managing Schools in the Digital Age of Small Schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in Chiang Mai Province The method for collecting the information is to synthesize the information obtained from the study of the document and take the information for step 1 and step 2 to define a guideline Which the studier has summarized in an essay Step 3.2) Verification of feasibility and feasibility Of the draft guidelines for Managing Schools in the Digital Age of Small Schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in Chiang Mai Province The group of informants were experts, obtained from a specific selection of 5 people. The results of the study of the digital education administration of small schools with good practice showed that the management of the educational institution administrative structure in technology the technology vision should be clearly defined. There are people in charge of the appropriate technology work. The administrators promote the use of technology in educational institutes by the administrators as a model for the use of technology in the administration of educational institutions. Raising awareness of the importance of applying technology in work Create a culture of change in the form of PLC, including supporting the technological self-development of teachers and stakeholders in collaboration with external agencies. For approaches to Managing Schools in the Digital Age of Small Schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in Chiang Mai Province. The created consists of 1) the method of action and recommendations for the implementation of the guidelines.
