Abstract: The purpose of this research consists of 1) to develop indicator and components of the Characteristics of Leader in Professional Learning Communities 2) to assess the validity of a measurement model of Develop Measurement Model for Characteristics of Leader in Professional Learning Communities. 3) to classify and explain the differences between the teacher group based on their individual personality and Characteristics of Leader in Professional Learning Communities. Samples in the research were Teacher officials under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 - 6 was 867 teachers selected from a multi-stage random sampling technique. Furthermore, The research instruments was Professional Learning Community Leader Questionnaire with 5-rating scales and 77 questions. The data are additionally analyzed by using the Descriptive Statistics, the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), the 2nd Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), as well as the Latent Profile Analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The results of the development of components and indicators of Characteristics of Leader in Professional Learning Communities are consists of three components with 20 indicators. The three components are 1) Supporting Professional Learning Community Skills with 5 indicators. 2) Profession Learning Community Skills with 9 indicators. 3) Self Internal Features with 10 indicators. The indicator's weight value is between 0.420 - 0.959, with an Eigen value between 1.146 and 12.996, the percentage variance between 4.773 – 54.149, and the cumulative percentage variance of 69.462. . 2. Model of Characteristics of Leader in Professional Learning Communities, the results show that the measurement model of the Characteristics of Leader in Professional Learning Communities attribute was in line with the empirical data as follows: 2  = 265.875, df = 243, 2  /df = 1.09, p-value = 0.1499, CFI = 0.998 and RMSEA = 0.015 The weight of each indicators in first-order CFA was significance at the level of .01 and all indicators were measurable. 3. The results of classifying the students according to their individual personality and Characteristics of Leader in Professional Learning Communities can be divided into 6 groups. The first group consists of teacher who accelerate Characteristics of Leader in Professional Learning Communities (6.24%), the second group is characteristics group consists of teacher who have ideology of the teaching professional (18.90%), the third group is teachers who characteristics group consists of teacher who focus on learning (34.18%), the fourth group is teachers who characteristics group consists of teacher who have energy of yourself (8.56%), fifth group is teachers who characteristics group consists of teacher who have great characteristics of leader in professional learning communities but not focused process (30.52%), and sixth group is teachers who characteristics group consists of teacher who have excellent characteristics of leader in professional learning communities (11.78%). The Entropy (Ek) is 0.965, Likelihood is -5407.720, AIC is 10690.68, BIC is 11394.92 and ABIC is 10845.91.
