The community that is the most case study will have the duty divided by the working group in various fields, most not more than 5 people who will be the representative in the operation. and work continuously. In which the person representing this Plays a very important role in selecting and directing each activity. From the study, it is found that there are 3 sizes of communities is small communities, medium communities, and large communities have different governance differences in some activities, for example, small communities can spread information And attract more people from the community to engage in project activities than medium-sized communities And large that require a representative in the community to operate instead-but studies have shown that some small communities occur at very high levels of operations. Due to the fact that there are too many groups of interests being investigated, especially those represented in the project and related to the budget from the project that has caused conflicts of interest. From the study of Impact of Public Initiative on Local Community Governance: A case of Tourism Village Program found that most of the decisions are made by community representatives only, especially in certain activities Villagers in other communities have very little participation. This limited time Make the various steps of action to be in a hurry Focus on quantitative goals making many activities at risk and unable to develop to create a tourist village Including various activities, there is unclear progress in the ongoing and concrete. Therefore, in carrying out the project in some activities, cause the villagers in the community are less involved. The decision is therefore under a single interest group. However, government projects have good results because they are more alert to the development of communities. However, in choosing the governance of that community, then finally have to participate and acceptance from people in the community is important. This must be taken into consideration the various benefits. To prevent conflicts and conflicts of interest in operations as well Project implementation requires time to create, promote and develop communities to be driven by the power of the community ready to create a good social network with all the factors mentioned here are just some of the factors that may affect the pattern of local community governance. Under the tourism community project.
