Abstract: The objectives of this study were (1) to compare organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior among employees with different levels of positive orientation and (2) to compare organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior among employees with different tenures The sample was 207 employees who worked in Faculty of Dentistry in Chiang Mai University. The research instruments consisted of a demographic questionnaire, Positive Orientation scale, Organizational Commitment scale and Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale. The statistics for data analysis were descriptive statistics and One-way MANOVA. The results are as follows: 1. There was a significant difference in organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior among employees with different levels of positive orientation ( p < .01). 2. There was no difference in organizational commitment among employees with different levels of tenures Nonetheless, there was a significant difference in organizational citizenship behavior among employees with different levels of tenures ( p < .05).
