Abstract: The objectives of this thesis are: 1) To study the situation of cooperative network formation that promote student’s career skills development for Pilot Schools, Chiang Mai Education Sandbox, 2) To study the constructing cooperative network to promote student’s career skills development for Pilot Schools, Chiang Mai Education Sandbox, which have best practices, and 3) To develop and verify guidelines for constructing cooperative network to promote student’s career skills development for pilot school, Chiang Mai Education Sandbox. The research is divided into three stages: 1) A study of the situation of cooperative network formation involving 97 school administrators from pilot schools, Chiang Mai Education Sandbox. The tool used for data collection is a research questionnaire on Guidelines for Constructing Cooperative Network to Promote Student’s Career Skills Development for Pilot Schools, Chiang Mai Education Sandbox. The questionnaire uses a 5-point rating scale with a content validity index ranging from 0.80 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.98., 2) In-depth interviews with 5 directors on constructing cooperative networks between educational institutions and workplaces on best practices. The tool used for data collection is a semi-structured interview, and 3) Connoisseurship meetings involving 9 experts in collaborative network construction. Data collection tools included validation surveys and record-keeping forms for the connoisseurship meetings. Data analysis techniques included descriptive and content analysis. The research findings revealed: 1) The reality of cooperative network formation conducive to promote student’s career skills development is significantly high. 2) Creating a collaborative network to promote student’s career skills development for pilot school, Chiang Mai Education Sandbox, which have best practices, consists of six steps: setting common goals, coordinating and organizing network organizations, collaboratively thinking and planning activities, implementing joint activities, exchanging lessons learned and disseminating work, and developing and maintaining continuous relationships. 3) Guidelines for constructing a cooperative network to promote student’s career skills development for pilot school, Chiang Mai Education Sandbox consist of four components: principles and concepts, objectives, operational methods, and success criteria. There are a total of 72 guidelines. From the verification, the guidelines achieved the highest level of accuracy, feasibility, and appropriateness across all quality criteria.
