Abstract: This study aims to 1) design a system for providing mobile land registration services (DOL Mobile) for Chiang Mai Provincial Land Office, Doisaket Branch and 2) develop guidelines for organizing processes and management related to the mobile land registration service system (DOL Mobile) of Chiang Mai Provincial Land Office, Doisaket Branch. This is a proactive service aimed at providing services to vulnerable groups. The research utilizes a practical approach using a design-thinking process as a guideline. In-depth interviews are conducted using semi-structured interview methods in both formal and informal formats. The interview questions are structured in advance, with open-ended questions, and data is collected through focus group discussions or in-depth informal group interviews. Additionally, service trials are conducted to provide services to the public. The study found that the Land Juristic Act Mobile Service Design of Chiang Mai Provincial Land Office, Doisaket Branch is an outreach effort beyond office premises, aiming to facilitate access for bedridden patients, the elderly, or persons with disabilities who cannot move. The mobile land registration service can be provided outside the office, including outreach activities, document checks for land registration, guidance on completing power of attorney forms correctly, and receiving power of attorney in front of authorized personnel. It is suggested that the mobile service of Chiang Mai Provincial Land Office, Doisaket Branch should conduct preliminary outreach, schedule appointments with the public for service days, and determine the service format. The mobile service of the Chiang Mai Provincial Land Office, Doi Saket branch, should be provided at a certain place. However, in the case of bedridden patients or disabled individuals who cannot move, vehicles should be arranged to provide services directly to their homes.
