Abstract: The objectives of this research were to synthesize interdisciplinary community- based learning processes to promote digital citizenship for higher education students. Create an interdisciplinary community-based learning process to promote digital citizenship for higher education students and explore the effects of an interdisciplinary community-based learning model to promote digital citizenship for professional students. The research was qualitative research conducted by using content analysis according to the research "Digital Citizenship: Developing Digital Literacy through Interdisciplinary Community-Based Learning for Higher Education Students" used a research process analyzed and synthesized documents and participatory action research through qualitative research methods. The knowledge of this research is the creation of an interdisciplinary learning process through participatory practice to link contextual knowledge in order to obtain study results according to the objectives. The study results were as follows: 1. Synthesis of interdisciplinary community-based learning projects of social studies students who received national scholarships and awards in relation to pedagogical methods. Teaching methods related to such learning include: Academically Based community Service, Civic Education Environmental Education, Placed-based Education Service Learning/ Work-based Learning & Pre-Tech/ Social Engagement. Discipline Based Model, Problem-based Learning, Community Based Action Research Model, Volunteerism and Field Education. 2. Create an interdisciplinary community-based learning process to promote digital citizenship for tertiary students through the 3C Model : Critique of Spatial Phenomena, Collaborative Learning Dimension and Creative Practical Research derived from the synthesis of the learning model building process linked to the elements in the learning process as follows : Students who have knowledge bases in the science of teaching social studies , network partners with interdisciplinary experience and community bases that create civic engagement processes through service learning through learning and interdisciplinary community-based, and participatory practice which consists of Service learning is combined with ICBL: Interdisciplinary Community based Learning and PAR: Participatory Action Research, The importance of making student projects successful for community outputs and outcomes. 3. The results of the synthesis of digital citizen competency and interdisciplinary community-based learning concepts revealed that there were digital competencies leading to digital citizenship as follows: Digital Access. Digital Literacy, Digital Commerce, Digital Safety and Resilience, Digital Participation and Agency, Digital Emotional, Intelligence Digital, Creativity and Innovation Digital, Communication Digital, Ethic Digital and Health and well being
