Abstract: From the situation where the amount of electricity used in controlled buildings in hospital buildings continues to increase even more. Therefore, we are interested in studying the factors affecting energy use in large public hospital buildings in Thailand. This study divided hospital buildings into 3 types: small hospitals medium hospital and large hospitals, respectively, by selecting factors that affect the amount of electricity used and collecting data from Thailand's energy database for analysis. The analysis is a multiple regression analysis using the EViews program to analyze energy indicators (Energy Utilization Index; EUI) using data covering the period 2010-2020. The results of factor screening include area, number of inpatients, number of inpatients, number of medical staff, temperature, and electricity consumption. There are 128 public hospital control buildings with complete data, which can be divided into three groups according to the number of beds: 4 small buildings, 71 medium-sized buildings, and 53 large buildings. The biggest factor affecting the electricity consumption of public hospitals is temperature, which can be determined by the probability value. The probability value is in the range of 0-1 and approaching 1 means that the probability and reliability of the data are more accurate.
