A survey within the apartment establishment found that the problem was caused by tenants needing to be more comfortable using the service in the apartment as they should. The cause of the problem The tenant can report any inconvenient problems. Payment is also accepted in cash only. This leaves tenants with few payment options. There is no problem reported to keep it as a statistic to improve the quality of the apartment in the future. The researcher has developed a web application for problem management within the apartment. To manage various problems within the apartment, The sample group in the research was the tenants of Baan Ping Fah, 16 rooms. The research method consists of 4 parts: research planning, Inquiring about problems and needs within the apartment, developing programs, and assessing satisfaction.
