Abstract: This study aims to examined the factors affecting job satisfaction and job mobility of international school teachers in Chiang Mai. An online survey was used to collect data from 110 teachers from 15 international schools. The questionnaire separated into 3 parts include; demographic data, teacher and school characteristic and factors affecting to job satisfaction and job mobility. The Multiple indicators and Multiple causes (MIMIC) were used to estimate the relationships between latent and observed variables. On the previous studies, there were nine variables include; Freedom, Advice, Relationship, Time pressure, Student's behavior, Energy loss, Insensitive feeling, Accomplished and Money aspect. The results found that teachers who felt they were under a lot of time pressure or felt insensitive feeling thought their job were more likely to be dissatisfied and more likely to leave their jobs. Teachers who received advice from their supervisors, felt fair with their money aspect, and teachers who stated to have challenging students were significantly more satisfied.Since the most important factors in both job satisfaction and intention to leave is time pressure. Then, the policy implication for international school administrators should adjust workload and time management. Moreover, the international schools should focus on the freedom of teachers. There are some insights to improve teacher's satisfaction and solve teacher's turnover problem for further implication.
