Abstract

The study entitled "The Exhibition Efficiency Promoting Management of Nan Riverside Art Gallery, Mueang District, Nan Province" aimed to study the history and model of the exhibition and management of the Nan Riverside Art Gallery, Nan Province to propose appropriate approaches and management methods to increase efficiency. The Nan Riverside Art Gallery, Nan Province, has both a documentary and a field study, using physical surveys by observational methods and structured interviews. The data were collected and analyzed for further management of the Nan Riverside Art Gallery in Nan Province. The major findings indicated that Nan Riverside Art Gallery, Nan Province, is the largest private art gallery in Nan Province, run by Mr. Winai Prabripu, Director and Founder of Nan Rim Art Gallery, Nan Province. The gallery has a comprehensive exhibition format that covers both temporary and permanent exhibitions and has good facilities and organizational style. However, the art gallery still has a problem. The Nan Riverside Art Gallery is still a relatively unknown art gallery and has faced a decline in the number of tourists or visitors to the Nan Riverside Art Gallery in Nan Province due to the epidemic situation of the coronavirus (COVID-19). The study proposed management form was to improve the permanent exhibition and increase the online art exhibition plan to enhance the exhibition efficiency of the Nan Riverside Art Gallery, as well as to increase the activity plan for the Nan Riverside Art Gallery in Nan province to have movement activities throughout the year to promote the Nan Rim Art Gallery in Nan Province to be better known.
