Abstract: Stroke is the leading cause of aphasia with an incidence of 33% resulting in language impairment, including speaking, auditory comprehension, reading, and writing. Nowadays, technology is used to participate in self-administered training, allowing the client to restore and improve their speech characteristics. This study aimed to develop an application on Android mobile devices for language rehabilitation with an emphasis on word naming and to explore the effectiveness of the application after applying it among 8 caregivers and 8 participants. This study was conducted in a Small N experimental type of suspension of action (A-B-A: Withdrawal Design) divided into 3 phases: (1) Phase A was a baseline phase for 2 weeks, (2) Phase B was the training phase for 6 weeks, and (3) Phase A, was the withdraw phase for 4 weeks, total study for 12 weeks consecutively The results showed that after the primary using the application to practice word recognition with their participants for 6 weeks, their naming scores which were measured by Thai Adaptation of the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB) scores increased among the participant. They had an increase in naming scores when assessed and improved naming skills by themselves through applications increased. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the application developed by the researcher enhances the naming skills and may reduce the time to naming the words when repetitive stimulation exercises in the form of intensive training combined with the provision of a variety of cueing, it enhances the naming skill of the clients. And the satisfaction of using the application is at the highest level. In addition, this application is useful for promoting the ability to remember words for the service recipient including those with language disabilities.
