dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research was to develop a management model of a collaborative network for promoting learning management efficiency in schools under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area, divided into four phases as follows: Phase 1: The studying and synthesizing of network components and the network management process of a collaborative network. The obtained components and sub- components were then verified and confirmed by 12 key informants using a verification and confirmation form, and data were analyzed using percentage; Phase 2: The investigation of conditions, problems, and factors affecting the success of a collaborative network. Key informants were 315 respondents from 86 networks, the instrument used was a five-rating scale questionnaire, and data were analyzed by using mean and standard deviation; Phase 3: The development of a model and manual for implementing a model of a collaborative network by interviewing three successful collaboration networks at the best practice level with 12 respondents and data were summarized. The model and a manual for implementing a model were drafted by workshop with 21 respondents. Data were analyzed by summarizing issues, and verified the correction and the suitability and evaluated the possibility and utility by 11 experts in connoisseurship. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation; Phase 4: The studying the implementation of a model and manual for implementing a model with 1 network 1 semester, the instrument used was a questionnaire, 1) evaluating learning management efficiency by 22 key informants, 2) evaluating the satisfaction of relevant parties by 13 key informants. Data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. 3) the reflection of 22 relevant parties, the instrument used was a recording of the reflection, and data were analyzed by summarizing. Results of the research were found as follows: 1. Results of the identification of network components and sub-components after verification and confirmation a collaborative network consisted of 8 core components and 20 sub-components, the network management process consisted of 5 core components and 31 sub-components 2. Results of investigating conditions, problems, and factors affecting the success of the collaborative network, 1) the actual practical conditions of network components were overall at a low level and the operational problems were overall at a high level; 2) the actual practical conditions of the network management process were overall at a low level and the operational problems were overall at a high level; 3) The factors affecting the success of collaborative network were overall at a high level. 3. Results of development of a model and a manual for implementing a model of a collaborative network, the complete model consisted of four elements: principles, an objective, a system and mechanism, conditions for achievement; and a manual for implementing a model of collaborative network for promoting learning management efficiency in schools consisted of seven elements: 1) an instruction, 2) an introduction, 3) background knowledge, 4) a model of the collaborative network, 5) the process of model implementation, 6) an evaluation of model implementation, and 7) references and appendix. The verification of the accuracy and suitability of model elements were overall at the highest level. The evaluation of the possibility and the utility of the model elements were overall at the highest level.4. Results of studying the implementation results of the model and the manual for implementing the model of a collaborative network, 1) the evaluation results of the master teachers' learning management efficiency in five aspects were overall at a high level; 2) the evaluation results of the relevant parties' satisfaction were overall at a high level; 3) results of reflection on the implementation results: teachers changed the behavior of learning management from teaching content to integrating through actual practice and be able to manage to learn more efficiently. Students learn through happiness and meaningful hands-on practice.en_US
