Abstract: The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the process of resource management in the area of the Longkhod Model projects; 2. To analyze the roles of stakeholders involved in the Longkhod Model projects since the project's inception Longkhod model to date 3. To study the factors affecting the natural resource management process in the area. Use the interview form as a research tool. Key informants are: Villagers in the community, monks, community leaders, local government organizations Sri Lanna National Park and former community leaders and former heads of government agencies in the area who participated in the management of natural resources in the area, 79 cases. The results showed that Longkhod Model Projects, it arises as a result of the problems facing the Longkhod community in the past due to the deforestation and encroachment of man-made forests causing physical changes. For solutions to problems in the initial stage of the Longkhod Model project do adopts the theory of development according to the royal initiative of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, Borommanatbophit, King Rama IX began with understanding, accessing, developing, and his Majesty's royal commands, preserving, inheriting, and continuing according to the wishes of King Rama 10 as the main mechanism for solving disasters through network partners which plays a role in the natural resource management process with participation, namely: 1. Management that focuses on equal distribution of access and sharing of benefits from natural resources 2. There are activities, agreements, rules or rules in the community in jointly managing natural resources 3. Support surveillance and monitoring of changes in ecosystems in the area; 4. Public relations for information; and 5. Raising awareness and awareness of natural resource conservation. Factors affecting the natural resource management process in the area include: 1. Management 2. Activities, agreements, rules or rules in the community. 3. Support for monitoring and monitoring changes in ecosystem status in the area 4. Public relations and 5. Raising awareness among communities.
