Abstract: This study has the following research objectives: 1. To study the effectiveness of the staff of the Botanical Garden Organization under the policy of working at home in the epidemic situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 2. To study the factors affecting the effectiveness of the staff of the Botanical Garden Organization under the work from home policy in the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 and 3. To propose guidelines for operating in various fields under the policy of working at home in the situation of the coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic with various groups of personnel of the Botanical Garden Organization. The researcher used a qualitative research methodology. Use the interview form as a tool. Key informants are: 40 personnel in the Botanical Garden Organization area, Mae Raem Subdistrict, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. The results of the study found that the work of the Botanical Garden Organization personnel under the work at home policy effective and in accordance with the policy suitable for the organization which can work within the specified time of 32 persons, representing 80.00%. Factors affecting the effectiveness of the staff of the Botanical Garden Organization under the work-at-home policy were personal factors, consisting of: 1. equipment, 2. location, and 3. time management between daily life and work. Organizational factors consist of: 1. organizational policy, 2. internal communication, 3. budget, 4. promotion, and 5. designing a work structure and clear performance measures or KPIs. Guidelines for operations in various fields in the short term (3-6 months) are: 1. Communicate clearly for employees to understand 2. Survey on the need for equipment, tools, and information technology systems in the long term (from 1 year or more) 1. Prepare for resources and 2. Support more work from home.
