Abstract: The purposes of this research were study the organizational commitment of operating staff at Chiang Mai Airport Analyze the factors affecting employee commitment with the organization. It offers ways to build commitment, motivation and satisfaction. To enhance employee commitment and satisfaction It is a quantitative research collecting data from 1 78 Chiang Mai Airport employees using a questionnaire as a tool. found that the results of the study found that Chiang Mai Airport Operations Staff There is a moderate level of commitment to the organization. Personal factors had no statistically significant relationship with organizational commitment. But the satisfaction and motivation factors were moderately correlated. Guidelines for enhancing engagement, satisfaction and work motivation found that most of the employees have expectations and want the staff career development plan to be adjusted. To prepare employees for positions that are linked to individual performance. Set goals and improve compensation management annually.
