Abstract: The research objective was to study the evaluation of greenhouse gas emission mitigation from energy efficiency measures in the cement manufacturing industry in Thailand. The activity data from the Energy Management Report was dividable into thermal and electrical savings. Moreover, select the emission factor from the Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMA Pledge) in 2015-2018. Greenhouse gas was mitigated by 0.51, 0.45, 0.38, and 0.40 million tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (MtCO2eq) achieving the energy efficiency improvement measure in the industry sector from the potential of the NDC Roadmap based on 2030. Accounting in percentage for 4.64, 4.09, 3.45, and 3.64, respectively. These energy savings lead to expanding greenhouse gas mitigation in the industry sector at the national level. Furthermore, energy efficiency measures comparison used in foreign and Thailand weren’t found different because the process and manufacturing technology weren’t different. Then, the energy efficiency measures were classified and prioritized under the performance of energy savings, investment, and emission reduction through a multi-criteria decision questionnaire from energy engineering and greenhouse gas experts. These experts focused on, process improvement measures (PI), housekeeping measures (HK), and machinery or equipment change (MC) measures descending respectively. Moreover, prioritized measures assisted managers in achieving their targets and decision-making to operate the energy efficiency measures concretely.
