This paper studies the behavior of a signal transduction model with signal amplification delay. By choosing the delay as a bifurcation parameter, we show that the delay model exhibits a Hopf bifurcation at the positive equilibrium. Numerical simulations are also given to support the theoretical predictions.en_US
