dc.description.abstractThis section describes success stories of food industries in an application of innovative non-thermal technologies in Thailand. The model of successful story involves startup company and food industrial firms. These success stories explain three non-thermal processing in Thailand by starting from research scale before further development to industrial scale. Startup says story of how to generate and push a cold plasma technology to an industrial and home use scale for decontamination of pesticides. Industrial scale describes the application of radio frequency (RF) for improving the quality of rice grain in term of insect or weevil decontamination. In addition, the high-pressure processing (HPP) technology applied on the industrial scale by big firms of tuna industry is also discussed.en_US
