Abstract: At present, the government has created and pushed a new model of the economy called Thailand 4.0 to expand economic growth. But many small and medium enterprises which are main percentage of enterprise in the country are lack of technology, tools and good system management. The use of technology and tool can help optimize many parts of logistics and supply chain management. The objectives of this research are to design and develop concrete formulation system for concrete industry that can calculate raw material ratio used to create concrete at the lowest cost while maintain or improve the process performance. So it can reduce the cost in concrete creating process, the time in manual calculations and make it easier for someone who doesn't have expertise to use. This research use data from Design of Experiment then use Regression Analysis to find the correlation of values for making mathematical model and use it to create the simulation. The program is created by Java programming language. The program can create the formula of ready- mixed concrete at strength 240 kilogram per square centimeter from 135 same concrete type data which are stored in database. User can fill price of raw material in and program will calculate and show the formula that give the lowest cost in the simulation to help in decision making. The value of Coefficient of Multiple Determination or R Square of sample data is 0.8594 and value of error between strength from data that using for confirm model and from calculated strength data or Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) is 13.7395 percent. All calculated strength data has value more than 240 kilogram per square centimeter.
