Abstract: The purposes of this research 1) To develop and construct of the measurement model of Factors Affecting Work Adjustment Teacher in Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office. 2) To study and compare the level of adaptive ability in teachers' work in Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office. 3) To study factors affecting the Factors Affecting Work Adjustment Teacher in Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research samples were 1,136 teachers who were teacher in 100 schools in Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research samples were obtained from Multi-Stage Random Sampling. The research instrument was the questionnaire (mcasures) with 5 levels of practice level rating scale 52 questions and 5 levels of practice level rating scale and 24 questions. The discrimination value was between 0.475 - 0.922. The reliability value was between 0.949. The data analysis that had been used was the descriptive statistics, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Second-order Confirmatory Factor Analysis (2" CFA) The purposes of this research to develop and construct of the measurement model of Factors Affecting Work Adjustment Teacher and compare the level of adaptive ability in teachers' work used ANOVA, intelligence analysis by Multiple Regression Analysis. Conflict Multiple Correlation Cocfficient (R), Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R2) and Stepwise Multiple Regression The results of the study were as follows: 1. The measurement model of Factors Affecting Work Adjustment Teacher in Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office revealed 3 factors and 24 indicators. The factors 1 is "Teaching Efficiency" with 8 indicators. The factors 2 is "Tasks which is bencficial to students" with 8 indicators and The factors 3 is ''Tasks which is beneficial to school and community"' with 8 indicators. The weight of each indicators in first-order CFA was positive with statistical significance at the level of .01 and all indicators were measurable. 2. The results of study and comparison of factors Affecting Work Adjustment of Teacher in Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office for Tasks other than teaching was high level. 1) The results of the analysis of the level of factors affecting work adjustment at the highest level is Tasks which is bencficial to students, 2nd is Tasks which is beneficial to students. 2) Comparison results work adjustment Teacher in Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office with gender, teaching experience, marital status, educational position does not affect factors affecting work adjustment teacher. In searching for result of good predictors for prediction the factors affecting work adjustment, Self Efficacy, Habit of highly effective, Conscientiousness, working together, and attitude towards school. Prediction cquations were as follows: Unstandardized Estimation Equation : Y1 = .707 + .215HAB+ .180SEL + .128CON + .121ATT .201WOR Standardized Estimation Equation : Z1y = .452 HAB + .713SEL + .422CON + .216ATT + .307WOR
