Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the library value of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. This research was a survey research. The population includes 1 ) the director of the office of academic resources and information technology, collecting data used a semi-structured interview 2) library users, including faculties and undergraduate students. The data were collected from questionnaires distributed to 302 faculties. There were 11 2 questionnaires returned from faculties (37.09%) and 393 retured from undergraduate students (100%). The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result of the study, Implicit Value, was found to be valuable from the statistical analysis of electronic database usage of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, fiscal year 2018-2020 by comparing electronic databases with number of searches. The top three most and the final, it was found that the number of searches was the same for all three fiscal years. The database with the most searches was the IEE/IEL Electronic Library (IEL) database and the last was Emerald Management database. The results of a statistical study on borrowing of information resources in fiscal year 2020 by comparing the number of books borrowed with the number of books available in the library. In descending order, it was found that the libraries in Tak area had books borrowed 14.90%, Chiang Rai 9.05%, Chiang Mai 8.81%, Phitsanulok 5.54%, Lampang 4.44%, and Nan area 0.84 %. Explicit Value was found that the purpose of accessing the library for the majority of faculties was for teaching (41.9%), for students, for research (29%). Libraries are important in It is a valuable resource collection (25.2%), Being a place for useful leisure activities (25.3%). In the past two years, 19.6% of faculties have received awards or commendations for their projects, research or teaching- related awards. Such recognition was moderate (x̄ = 3.27) for students to receive awards or commendation in class. 12.5% of the students were of the opinion that the library contributed to such awards or recognition to a large extent (x̄= 3.88). As for the satisfaction of information resources of the group of faculties as a whole, their satisfaction was at a high level (x̄= 3.77) and extending the body of knowledge. There was a high level of satisfaction (x̄= 3.92) for the students as a whole. They were satisfied at a high level (x̄= 4.05). The aspect that received the highest average was that the information resources contained credible and up-to-date content with a high level of satisfaction (x̄= 4.08). The satisfaction level was at a high level (faculties x̄ = 3.74 and students x̄= 4.02). The aspect that received the highest average was basic library services (faculties x̄= 4.10 and students x̄=4.12). The finding founds that library value in teaching aspects were in high level, the element with highest level was better preparation for teaching (x̄ = 4.00). The rescarch aspects were in high level, the elements with highest level were helping to get quality research (x̄= 3.88), and raising the ability of writing references or bibliographies correctly (x̄ = 3.88). In addition to leamning aspects were in high level, the element with highest level was helping students to understand the lesson and saving the cost of accessing information resources (x̄ = 4.10).
