Abstract: The of the objective is to create a designed and develop guideline for an online Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform base on the Bank of Thailand ("BOT") issued the Notification No. Sor.Nor.Sor. 4/2019 regarding Rules, Procedures, and Conditions for Operation of Peer-to-Peer Lending, hereinafter referred to as 'P2P Platform Notification 2019' which is effective on 30th April 2562 B.E. (2019). This study is to utilize blockchain, big data, smart contract to create trust and consensus via an online platform. This study will use the standard software process called ISO/IEC 29110 to gather requirements between stakeholders, including borrowers, lenders, and platform operations. The strength of this dissertation is an explicit scoring knowledge gather from the loan credit expertise being structured into the automatic system. This dissertation speeds up the trust-building process and provides efficiency on loan contract. The designed of Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform will be presented on a website and an application prototype which will match suitable borrowers and lenders. This study's outcomes would also benefit the financial companies or authorities to efficiently developing Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform.
