Abstract: The objectives of the research entitled “Strategies for Administration of Chinese Students Association of Thailand”, were as follows: Phase 1: To study, synthesize, and confirm the components for administration of Chinese Students Association of Thailand, derived from thirty-four relevant documents and related researches, and key informants were 5 experts, instruments used were a component synthesis and a confirmative form, data were analyzed by percentage and content synthesis; Phase 2: To investigate the current conditions and desirable conditions for administration of Chinese Students Association of Thailand, key informants consisted of 33 association administrators 375 Chinese students as service recipients, instrument used was an a questionnaire, data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and the modified priority needs index (PNIModified); and Phase 3: To develop strategies for administration of Chinese Students Association of Thailand, key informants were 13 experts, Results of the research were found as follows: Phase 1: Results of studying, synthesizing, and confirmation the components in step 1.1 consisted of 4 main components with 23 sub-components, step 1.2 consisted of 5 main components with 21 sub-components Phase 2: Results of investigation that the current conditions of Chinese Students Association of Thailand by the opinions of 33 association administrators were overall at a moderate level, the desirable conditions were overall at a high level, and the modified priority needs index (PNIModified) in 5 aspects were overall at 0.021. The current conditions of by the opinions of 375 Chinese students as service recipients were overall at a moderate level, the desirable conditions were overall at a moderate level, and the modified priority needs index (PNIModified) in 4 aspects were overall at 0.021. Phase 3: Results of developing strategies for administration of Chinese Students Association of Thailand, the correction and suitability of the verifying results consisted of 1 vision, 5 missions, 1 goal, 5 strategies, and 25 measures; the possibility and the utility of evaluation results were at a high level.
