Abstract

Public Health Supply Chain Management of Don Kaew Subdistrict Administration Organization, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province has two objectives: (1) To study the supply chain management of public health Don Kaew Sub-district (2) To study the role of people and networks In health supply chain management of Don Kaew Subdistrict. In which this research is a qualitative research. The results of the study showed that 4 producers in public health service are Don Kaew Subdistrict Administrative Organization, 2 Don Kaew Subdistrict Community Hospital, 3 community and organizations in Don Kaew areas and 4 local volunteers. By collaborate 4 sectors, they have four models to provide community health services: (1) policy co-committee (2) co-design working group (3) co-production and co-delivery service and (4) co-evaluate committee.
