Abstract: This research has the objectives to study the operation guidelines, factors affecting operational efficiency and problems and obstacles in the implementation of the policy according to the Government Easy Contact Center (GECC) of the agency under the Ministry of Interior, and to recommend results of the study to relevant departments as a guideline to modify, improve and develop services according to the GECC's policy. Qualitative research was used through documentary research and data collection by semi-structured interviews. The sample in this research consists of executives under the Ministry of Interior and officers under 3 levels of GECC including central government, provincial government and state enterprises. This includes 2 samples each from agencies asking and passing standard certificate of GECC. The samples are 12 people in total. The results of the research found that the implementation of GECC's policy to agencies under the Ministry of Interior is to improve the service quality of agencies to be the same standard as specified by the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC) to facilitate people to access services with ease and speed. The main processes are on-site management, the reduction of processes, pending and the development of information system. In addition, GECC's policy is consistent with the policy of the Ministry of Interior and the standards of performing the routine missions of each operating agency, but the agency should seek modern information technology, allocate it to the relevant departments that provide services to the public and provide sufficient operating officials.
