Abstract: The purposes of this research were : 1) to study indicators for characteristics of teacher 4.0 under the office of basic educatin commission 2) confirmatory factor analysis characteristics of teacher 4.0 under the office of basic education cmmission by the hypothetical mdel based n empirical data. The research sample consisted of 1,180 teacher under the office of basic education commission. The Multi-Stage Random Sampling method was used for sampling. Used in the Exploratory Factor Analysis: EFA 587 people and used in the Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA 593 people. Instruments used in research query indicator development for characteristics of teacher 4.0 under the office of basic education commission were as follow ; questionnaire ration scale were 131 items. The content validity (IOC) is 0.9 to 1.0. The reliability is 0.991, for data analysis by basic statistical analysis Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using a Mplus 7.4 program. Result of the study revealed that 1. The analysis model indicators development for characteristics of teacher 4.0 under the office of basic education commission composed of 5 in the 38 indicators aspects of Personality of teachers that promote thinking and innovation skills, knowledge of teachers that promote thinking and innovation skills, instruction of teachers that promote thinking and innovation skills, measurement and assessment of learners and production in the 21st century skills and technology development. The factor loading is sorted descending by the weight of the sort from high to low is to Instruction of teachers that promote thinking and innovation skills, measurement and assessment of learners in the 21st century , Production skills and technology development , Knowledge of teachers that promote thinking and innovation skills and Personality of teachers that promote thinking and innovation skills . 2. The second confirmatory factor analysis check the consistency of indicators for characteristics of teacher 4.0 under the office of basic education commission by the hypothetical model based on empirical data. The chi-square value of 441.477, df to 396, The p-values was 0.0569, level f integration index (GFI) of 0.998, square root of the average quadratic of waste in the form of standard score (SRMR) was 0.023, and the square root the average quadratic deviation estimated (RMSEA) is 0.014, indicating that the model has validity.
