Abstract: The research study on the Community Based Tourism Management in “Homestay” Form and Quality of Life of the Local people: A Case Study of Tambon Koh Chang Tai, Koh Chang District, Trat Province the objectives of the research are as follows 1) to understand the factors concerning community-based tourism management in homestay koh chang tai 2) to analyze the quality of life of the local people in the community from changing lifestyles in community-based tourism management 3) to analyze the community management model from the influence of tourism into the For this research, it is qualitative research. by conducting a study through key informant interview interviews and non-participation observation taken to review the data integrity categorized according to the study points, analyze the results on describing according to the concept framework studied. Finally, bring results to summarize and discuss the results of the study together. In conclusion, the study found that community-based tourism management in a homestay in koh chang tai caused tourists who rent a boat and do not have accommodation. and the villagers saw that a group of capitalists came to buy land to conduct more business in hotels and resorts, resulting in the deterioration of the environment, the fishery is low income and at-risk. Therefore community-based tourism management in a homestay has been established. Quality of life of the local people in the community from changing the lifestyle to be with community-based tourism management in a homestay, it is found that the quality of life of the local people most of them have an overall level of improvement. the quality of life evaluation consists of 7 features, with no sample group stating the quality of life. after making the homestay worse. Adaptation of the local people and community-based tourism management in a homestay Community Lifestyle the study found that when tourism became popular and expanded into the area change the way of life of the local people most people place less emphasis on the environment in the area, outsiders can easily access convenience. the problem of deterioration of tourist attractions the peaceful living and living with nature began to disappear and the area on the island began to encounter toxic environmental effects and sewage in the community. some of the land in the community has changed hands. from people in the community to belong to more capitalists because selling to capitalists will get a higher price than selling to people in the community themselves. Economic Dimension the study found that have to adjust to being able to live there is still an occupation in fishery, agriculture, trading, but the other part has transformed itself to be a hired labor in tourist attractions and travel services. the community is like this, Since the only fishery may not have enough to income the community is moved into the tourism trend. resulting in changes in jobs from more diverse occupations and increase the average income per family when tourism has expanded into, the economy in the area has improved. as a result, people have higher education opportunities. Social and Cultural Dimensions the study found that communities access to modernity, bringing modernity and modernization has been used in the way of the community more and more which also has reduced culture go down but there is still conservation on to future generations to know. People's consumption patterns also gradually take on external influences. beginning to have more demands, the most important thing is to contact today's development to have easier access to each other. resulting in changes in consumption patterns from outside to local societies and cultures. the family is still in the form of close relatives. and give importance to each other current migration of people will be in temporary forms. due to moving to study in the city but upon graduation, themselves moved back to his original hometown.
