Abstract: Objectives of this study are to study conditions, problems, and recommendations of information management of learning resources and local wisdom, to propose a guideline, and evaluate the efficiency of the guideline for information management of learning resources and local wisdom in Sai Nam Wang school network, Sam Ngao District, Tak Province. Study procedures consist of 3 steps as follows: Step 1 Study of conditions, problems, and recommendations of information management of learning resources and local wisdom in Sai Nam Wang school network, Sam Ngao District, Tak Province. Step 2 Recommendations of the guideline for information management of learning resources and local wisdom in Sai Nam Wang school network, Sam Ngao District, Tak Province. Step 3 Evaluation of the efficiency of guideline for information management of learning resources and local wisdom in Sai Nam Wang school network, Sam Ngao District, Tak Province in terms of correction and appropriation. Results from the study show that 1. Conditions, problems, and recommendations of the guideline for information management of learning resources and local wisdom in Sai Nam Wang school network, Sam Ngao District, Tak Province consists of 5 operating conditions with the levels of high. An operating condition with the level of low is the processing which related to the level of the operating problem, 2. The guideline for information management of learning resources and local wisdom in Sai Nam Wang school network, Sam Ngao District, Tak Province consists of 5 steps to develop the information system which are 1) Data collection, (1.1) Preparation should be planned and a form for data collection should be clear. Responsible persons should be defined and trained continuously, (1.2) Operation, data should be collected systematically. Every process is conducted by using the cooperation of each department continuously. Data needs to be collected from the local directly and schools need to be publicized to acknowledge, 2) Data validation, (2.1) Preparation, the working groups should be defined and the working group needs to be experts in information and have a clear and reliable regulation and process of data validation, (2.2) Operation, the working group is defined to validate data without bias. Information needs to be categorized both of learning resources and local wisdom, 3) Data processing, (3.1) Preparation, plan and procedure should be planned clearly including a form and validation tool, (3.2) operation, experts in data preprocessing and analysis should be appointed. They should use software or technology for processing, 4) Information presentation, (4.1) Preparation, experts in planning and categorizing should be appointed in terms of learning resources and local wisdom. The presentation should be conducted by various methods, (4.2) Operation, primary and secondary data are provided to present actual and updated information to related departments. The public relations should be done variously through media and the efficiency of the presentation needs to be evaluated, 5) Data and information storage, (5.1) Preparation, the standard for information storage and responsible persons should be defined including training of information storage need to be organized which updated and easy to use, (5.2) Operation, information is stored systematically and categorized correctly and clearly, and 3. The result of the evaluation of the efficiency of guideline for information management of learning resources and local wisdom in Sai Nam Wang school network, Sam Ngao District, Tak Province show that it is correct, suitable, and meets the evaluation criteria.
