Abstract: The purposes of this study were on developing and evaluating a learning plan in Buddhism strands by using the CIPPA Model to promote a reflexive thinking among Lahu students in Pangmapha Pittayasan School. Additionally, the study also focused on contributing a process skill test on reflexive thinking among Lahu students in this school, too. The samples of this study were categorized in 2 groups which are 5 teachers in a field of social science and another was 5 teachers experienced in teaching Lahu students in Pandmapha , Maehongson Province for 10 years. The instruments used in this study were included with 4 learning plans in Buddhism Strands by using the CIPPA Model to promote a reflexive thinking among Lahu students, an evaluation form of learning plans, an evaluation form of reflexive thinking and an interviewing notes with the 5 specialists in teaching. The collected data were analyzed in term of means and standard deviation, and presented in the table with informative description. The results show that this study was able to have 4 learning plans which the CIPPA model was used in those plans to promote a reflexive thinking among Lahu students in Pangmapha School, Maehongson Province including a learning plan on the Five Precepts, a learning plan on an Inhibition; the conscious exclusion of forbidden thought or desire, a learning plan on a Buddhist Responsibility and the 6 Directions (Thit Hok); kinds of people where human need to participate in the society, and a learning plan on Meditation and Cognitive thinking. Besides, the result of learning plans evaluation were characterized by the following standard deviation: 2.83, 2.84, 2.87 and 2.90, respectively. The study was found that a perspective on 4 learning plans shows a considerably appropriated result (¬¬¬xˉ = 2.86). Therefore, it can be summarized that the application of CIPPA model on learning plan in Buddhism strands to promote a reflexive thinking among Lahu students is able to use as a methodological learning technique in terms of Social Science, Buddhism and Culture.
