Abstract: © School of Engineering, Taylor’s University. The aims of this study are to investigate the existing scholars’ interest and the collaborative network who work in the government institution in north Thailand. Data sets were gathered from the government’s system and Scopus. The benefits of this paper are to create an understanding of the research topic and the structure of the scholar community. This research used text mining techniques, word cloud and social network analysis to discover the published research in the works of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Word cloud was used for listing the latent research keywords. The results show that the structure of network relationship of single researchers is 1-N node. STEM researcher has the average degree of 1.954.
