Abstract: © 2017 IEEE. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, one of an innovated serious game technique, makes the seminar workshop more meaningful for all participants. This study aims to explore the perspective of stakeholders who involved within this activity and to propose the framework for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® activity in an academic institution planning. The research results presented that the LSP method was successful conducted for developing a revised vision and future action plan of organization. Also, LSP could be described as a perfect technique for enabling and enhancing creativity, communication, evaluation and simulation within a workshop framework. Furthermore, this research proposed a framework of this innovative serious game workshop for the academic organization, which enhances all personal, team and enterprise developments.
